wartime challenge 2

ooop sorry i'm a bit late with this weeks challenge

Last weeks challenge was a huge success in crafty hq although the mixture was a little wet so did not form the patties very well  the moo thoughtly enjoyed these and so did the hubby which is a very rear occarance

i unfortunatly have misplaced my camara lead so am unable to add the photos at the moment but as soon as it has been found i will

this weeks challenge is to attempt Potato and cheese-bake

it looks like a rather nice dish and combines 2 of our family favorite foods so hopefully will be another hit

week one of wartime challenge

well things have been busy here sice my last post

i have found lots of activitys and recipes for the wartime challenges



for this  weeks first challenge i thought we should all try a wartime recipe corned-beef-fritters 

they look rather yummy

Finally

Well I have finally got round to watching wartime farm I have to say what they are doing is fantastic I for one love the idea of rationing and living off the land  I am thinking of grabbing a few freinds and fellow bloggers and having a wartime  challenge each week anyone interested please leave a comment and I will see what I can put together

A rather good few days at  crafty hq as if today it has been four weeks since the moo has worn nappys during the day super proud mummy moment

She has also been responding excellent to the home schooling that the school recommend

We have also started wallpapering the living room with my gorgeous laura ashley wallpaper

In other news we are contemplating a new member to crafty hq  but are still unsure between a few more fish or. Tortoise


Sorry for the lack of posts lately but I have been having a rough time with my wisdom tooth coming through so have been sleeping as much as I can when the pills are working and also been helping my nan as she has had a few relapses with her ms
She has had a rough time lately with a rodent problem which we hve been informed that the coucil no longer deaL with as it is not there responsibility anymore we have been speaking to a local reporter as our local council have recently won an award for there enviormental health  they have now gone but I think that people should know that they are expected to cope with the problem themselves
